Special Limited Edition in Slipcase
There are 150 copies of the Special Edition. These look wonderful: there’s a special limitation page, half title and title page inside. Special and exclusive gilt blocking on the cover which is quarter bound blue-grey cloth with ivory spine and cranberry silk marker ribbon. The slipcase is printed with the dust-jacket design by Jeff Fisher with a cranberry silk pull.
